Dear Patty, Rich, and Joanie, I've known your Dad, Mom, and you, Joanie, since at least the time when I was asked to take Holy Communion to your home after 4:30 Mass each week when your Mom was no longer able to attend in person. You have a wonderful family! I especially remember the weekend when everyone at 4:30 Mass cheered for your Dad's 100th birthday. It doesn't seem possible that was six years ago. I wanted very much to attend Larry's funeral, but wasn't able to get out because of the snow. I checked to see if it was streaming online, but it wasn't. My husband Bob (who provided transportation to your home when I took Communion there) and I will keep you in our prayers. Love you all. Patty Wellington

Patty, Rich, Joanie,
Our sympathy on the passing of your dad. We remember all those years sitting behind him and your mom at church. He was such a pleasant man.
Then to my surprise, we were able to connect (after our move) with him again at St. Mary's. We fondly remember watching him playing games of UNO at the home. Not bad for someone age 105 and 106. We know he will be missed.
