Just seeing this now. I remember well Gail and her husband Jim from RHS classes way back in the day. Very good people with fine senses of humor, and I'm sorry to hear of her passing. Belated condolences to Jim and their family.

Gail was a remarkable woman. It always amazed me that such a diminutive person could have such authority over a class of high schoolers.
She had a heart of gold and, alongside Jim, was a dear friend to us when we lived in New Jersey.
We had some great times sitting in the house in Neptune debating the state of the world and people within it. We also had a wonderful vacation together in France visiting the site of the D-Day landings where her father saw action with the US Army.
Thanks for all the terrific coffee Gail, I'm going to miss you!
