CASTLE HILL: Gary Lee Sharp Sr. 64, passed away July 26, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 16, 1959 in Presque Isle, the son of Frank and Jessie (Goodall) Sharp. He loved fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and spending time with family. Gary worked as a self- employed carpenter. He is survived by his wife Charlene (Tibbetts) Sharp of Castle Hill, two children Gary Jr. and his companion Cindy Trombley of Winterport, Stacey Sharp of Fort Kent, two step children Tasha Gilbert and her husband Spencer of Guilford, Ashley Farrar and her husband Reed of Plymouth, a brother Garth Sharp of Ashland, and a sister Dawn Paul Sharp of Augusta, his grandchildren; Gary III, Kayla, Dallas, Caleb, Hailey, Samantha, Drezden, and Alex, two great grandchildren; Asher and Chloe who will be born in October, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Steve and Jeannine Doody, Joyce Doody, Don and Alana Rideout, Rockie McHatten, and Butch Tingley. Gary was predeceased his parents and by seven siblings; Frank, Linwood, Cleo Bachelder, Annette Pettingale, Arnold, Terrance and Jacqueline Sharp. A celebration of Life will be held at his residence Saturday August 17, 2024 at Noon. Please bring your own chairs, and RSVP by Monday August 12. We will provide hamburgers, cheeseburgers hotdogs, water, Iced tea and lemonade. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bowers Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Presque Isle.
