George knew where the tennis ball was going to or coming from and played it that way...

I remember that In the 1940´s Betty & George & me & Pat would go down to the Sibley train station to watch the train pull in. Uncle Junie (grandmother´s favorite brother) was a conductor. He always gave each of us a little money. When Uncle Junie stepped off the train, George would begin to cry, because he knew Aunt Mary was going to MAKE him thank Uncle Junie for the money.

I remember that back in our "Cowboys&Indians" days, when we visited Grandmother in Sibley ..... George established 3 Hideouts around grandmother´s house & they were forever after & to this day referred to as:
(1) The Louisiana L
(2) The Oklahoma U
(3) The Indiana I

George was, of the 8 1st cousins in my youth, a unique & singular, laid back, and quick to smile "pardner" ~ RIP
