Limestone – Glenn Michaud, 71, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the House of Comfort in Presque Isle after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Grand Falls NB on December 01, 1952, the son of Claude Michaud and Adam and Odette (Rioux) Albert.
Glenn was a valued member of the community who found many ways to give back, including many years of coaching and creating a garden big enough to feed an army. His service was recognized in 2023 when he received the Limestone Rotary "Service Above Self" award. He loved watching New England sports but enjoyed following his daughter and grandkids even more. He enjoyed fishing, bonfires, and enjoying life to the fullest.
In addition to his parents Glenn was predeceased by his granddaughter; Mariah, brothers; Mike and Jimmy, and in-laws; Bobby, Anita, Frank, and Pit.
Glenn is survived by his daughter; Nikki, grandkids; Rhianna, Zachariah, Jeremiah, Gabrielle, Siblings; Charlene (Gerry), Micheline, Danny, Cathy (Danny), David (Kathy), Laurie (Jeff), Paula. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews, family, and friends along with the FHF.
Friends and family are invited to call from 10 am – 11 am Saturday, August 31, 2024, at St. Louis Catholic Church in Limestone, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am. Immediately following the services, the family invites everyone to join them for a time of remembrance and refreshments in the church fellowship hall. Arrangements in care of Duncan Graves Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Aroostook House of Comfort, where he received remarkable care and compassion in his final days.
