Glenn Warren Obituary

Glenn Norman Warren passed away December 9, 2023, in Olympia, Washington. He was born May 18, 1954, to Gladys Schmidt and Glenn Warren in Umatilla, Oregon. During his life he lived in Seattle, Lacey and Kent, Washington, and most recently in Springfield, Missouri, where he renovated his retirement home.
Glenn attended Lincoln High School in Seattle and obtained his associate degree from Everett Community College. He married Debra Gribbin in Seattle on December 18, 1976, and worked as an Aerospace Operations Manager at TECT Aerospace.
Glenn will be remembered for being steadfast, loyal, generous, patient, supportive and kind. He loved Western novels and television shows, current events and finance podcasts, hunting and fishing, cooking, playing cards, watching grass grow, traveling with his friends and family, cheering his grandkids on at their many ball games, and walking his dog, Baxter.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Warren; daughter, Jennifer Forschler, her spouse, Lucas Forchler, and their four children; daughter, Heather Warren, and her four children; and brothers, Jeff Warren and Pat Warren. He was predeceased by his parents, Glenn and Gladys Warren; and brothers, Harold Warren and Gene Warren.
Services will be held in Springfield, Missouri, on January 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the Lake Springfield Boathouse. A second service will be held in Lacey, Washington, in early Spring 2024.
