Gloria Ann Davis

Gloria Ann Davis, 78, of Port Huron, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, at McLaren Port Huron Hospital. She was born on July 12, 1947, in Sheridan, Michigan, to the late Orval and Agatha (Wilson) Keeler.

Gloria's early years in Sheridan were filled with the simple joys of small-town life. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor were her trademarks, making her a beloved figure in her community. As she grew, so did her capacity for love, which she generously extended to everyone she met.

She married Ronald G. Davis in the summer of 1997 and they enjoyed many years together until his passing on May 12, 2017.

In her professional life, Gloria dedicated herself to caring for others as a Nurse's Aide, providing comfort and support to many families in private homes. Her gentle touch and reassuring presence were a source of solace to those in her care. Gloria's work was not just a job; it was a calling that she fulfilled with grace and dedication.

Gloria's life was marked by her loving nature, her kindness, and her friendly spirit. These qualities were the pillars of her existence and the legacy she leaves behind. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her, yet the warmth of her memory will continue to comfort and inspire.

Gloria is survived by her daughters, Dianna Laming, and Angela (Tony) Harris; five grandchildren, Kenneth (Jessica) Laming, Eric (Marina) Laming, Adam Laming, Aaron (Katelin) Kaczmarczyk, and Breanna (Trenton) Bergman; eight great-grandchildren, Braydon, Wyatt, Nick, Keegan, Aubrylin, Elijah, Jayson, and Zak; Siblings, Vernon (Karen) Keeler, Rodger Keeler, and Judy Keeler; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband Ronald, she was preceded in death by, her sisters, Lena, Barb, and Iris; her brother, Bob; her daughter, Malinda; and her son, Joesph.

A celebration of Gloria's life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Avoca United Methodist Church, 8905 Avoca Road, Avoca, Michigan 48006. Arrangements were provided by Grace Memorial - Smith Chapel of Port Huron.
