Greg was an avid hunter, gun collector, and liked to fish. He also made muzzle loaders. He and his wife Susan enjoyed Corvettes for many years and had a Corvette Museum Delivery for one of their corvettes. At one time, both Greg and Sue had Corvettes. Now and for a number of years, it has been only Sue that has a Corvette. Greg and Sue were happily married for 61 years. They enjoyed living in Oro Valley Arizona for over 31 years.
He is survived by his wife Susan Marie Tesch Franklin, his daughter Stephanie Ann Franklin Howard, his son Jeffrey Scott Franklin, and four grandchildren, Meghan and Samantha Franklin and Logan and Beau Howard.
A Celebration of life will be held at a future date.
