Hazel Hawks was one of the finest ladies I´ve ever known. When our family moved here Ms Hazel was among the first to befriend us. Always kind, always a friend. One of my fondest memories of her is when lightening took one of our big oaks the Hawks and Whitfords were here to help with that monster of a tree. Petite little Ms Hazel jumped in there with a chainsaw and went to work. Her whole family made us family. No doubt she is in heaven and hopefully she and Butch have found each other already and are rejoicing together. Rest well dear lady, you earned it every day!
Love and prayers to the wonderful family and know you are loved.

Cousin Hazel was a wonderful Christian Lady. I remember her in Sunday School, Bible School and growing up. If you knew her you were truly blessed. Love you
