Howard Wayman Driver, born on January 13, 1945, in Mayo, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 20,2025, at the Community Hospice Douglas Center for Caring at Baptist Health Hospital in Jacksonville after a short illness. He dedicated many years the Department of Transportation where he served with the road department until his retirement.
