Isaac Adam Stone, 46, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly on October 31, 2025. Born December 21, 1978, in Mobile, Alabama, Isaac lived every day with intensity, curiosity, and heart. He was a beloved husband, father, son, teammate, and friend whose energy filled every room and whose generosity of spirit drew hundreds into his orbit.

Isaac lived to experience the world, not observe it. A lifelong athlete, he competed at the Olympic Development level in soccer, won a Missouri State Football Championship with Hazelwood Central in 1997, and earned a full-ride football scholarship to Southeast Missouri State University, where he achieved All-American honors as a strong safety. He later traveled across North and South America playing soccer. He was a dreamer with the drive to make big things happen.

After earning his undergraduate degree at Southeast Missouri State, Isaac went on to complete a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Health Informatics at the University of Missouri. He built a respected career in Healthcare Information Technology, combining intelligence and empathy to improve how systems serve both patients and professionals.

If something sparked Isaac’s interest, he dove in headfirst. Over the years, he collected hobbies the way others collect souvenirs: nearly earning his pilot’s license, sailing for weeks at a time, chasing the perfect golf swing, and mastering day trading from scratch. His boundless curiosity was matched only by his enthusiasm for sharing it all with others.

What truly defined Isaac wasn’t the activities themselves, but the connections they created. He poured deeply into the people he loved: calling, texting, checking in, organizing, showing up. Friends became family, and his capacity to lift others up was unmatched. Isaac made everyone feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger.

In 2017, Isaac married the love of his life, Alexis, and together they built a home of laughter, warmth, and adventure. His greatest joy came from being “Dad” to Elias and Mila, with whom he shared every ounce of his creativity, curiosity, and fun. He was the best playmate and partner in discovery, constantly wrestling, swimming, biking, building, reading, and dancing his way through fatherhood with unmatched heart.

Isaac’s legacy is one of energy, loyalty, and love. His presence was larger than life, and the mark he leaves on the hearts of his family and friends will never fade. Let’s honor him by using his memory as a reminder to live boldly and love deliberately.

Isaac is survived by his wife, Alexis Stone, and their children, Elias and Mila, as well as his mother, Sharon Stone.
