Jacqueline Petroni

Jacqueline "Jackie" (Boros) Petroni passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024 at the age of 74. Jackie was born on March 16, 1950 in Lakewood, New Jersey to the late Edward and Camille (Mattei) Boros. After Jackie graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School in Toms River, New Jersey, she went on to attend Saint Francis School of Nursing in Trenton, New Jersey and graduated in 1972 as a registered nurse. She began her career at Capital Health System in Trenton, New Jersey until retiring in 2016 from the Cape May County Health Department in Cape May, New Jersey.
After retiring, Jackie enjoyed her days to the fullest. She traveled the states, explored the Caribbean, & enjoyed the sights and sounds of Italy with family and friends. During the warm, summer months you could find her spending long hours relaxing on the beach. She loved talks out on the deck, book club meetings with the girls, trips to Aruba with friends, gardening, and cooking for every occasion. Jackie especially deeply cherished every moment, laugh, cry, hug, and smile shared with those she loved. Her most precious treasures called her, "Mom-Mom." She loved her grandchildren and always found great joy and pleasure spending time with them.
Survived by her loving husband, Albert P. Petroni, of 50 years; Son, Albert Petroni and wife Cherise of Marlton, New Jersey; Daughter, Michelle Roveda of New Egypt, New Jersey; Son, Edward Petroni of New Egypt, New Jersey; Her greatest treasures; Grandchildren, Aliese Marie, Emily Kate, Adrienne Jennie, Albert Lucca, Jacob Blair, Nicholas Edward, Christian Shea, & Charlie Camille; Sister Debra Lankone and husband Ronald of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey and their sons Ronald Jr. and Joseph; and several other loved ones including: Brother in-Law Terry Petroni (Diane); Nephews, Danny Petroni (Stacy) and TJ Petroni; Nieces, Jaimie Petroni-Minch (Tim), Christine Kahn (Jake) and Angela Petroni. A viewing will be held on Monday, December 2nd, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 571 Farnsworth Ave, Bordentown, NJ. Mass of the Christian burial will be celebrated 11:00 am also on Monday, December 2nd at Assumption RC Church, 76 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C.
