James "Jim" M. Kipling passed away on February 3, 2025 at age 80. Devoted husband of Arlene Kipling (nee Bardua) of 58 years, loving father of Matthew (Kelly Weaver) Kipling and the late Jennifer Kipling, proud grandfather of Maddie, Grace, Stella and Jude and great grandfather of Carter, Jaxson and Casian, dear brother of Laura Dorans. Resident of Anderson Twp.
Jim graduated from Georgetown Law, third in his class. He was known for being a hard worker and being devoted to his family.
He was known for his role as the Chief Legal Officer for the Kenner division of Hasbro, Inc. After transitioning to private practice in 2001, Jim became a trusted legal advisor in the toy and game industry. He handled intellectual property matters for many high-profile licensing agreements, including those for Star Wars and Elvis Presley's Graceland Estate.
Mass of Christian Burial on Monday February 24 at 10:30AM at Guardian Angels Church. Friends may visit the church from 9:30-10:30AM. Donations to St. Jude’s Hospital (link HERE).
