Jean Ayers Obituary

Jean was a beautiful woman inside and out. She cherished the time she spent with her loved ones, especially her grandson, Isaac. She touched so many lives with her kindness and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is survived by her husband, Gregory, daughter, Emily Ayers, grandson, Isaac Ayers, sister, Angela McCauley, brother, Thomas Gottshall, and nieces, Julie and Maureen McCauley. She was predeceased by her parents Maurice and Mary Gottshall, brother-in-law, William McCauley and her beloved dog, Ben.
It was Jean's wish that there be no services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Chemung County SPCA Spade and Neuter program by going to www.chemungspca.org To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Jean M. Ayers (Gotshall), please visit our Tree Store.
