Jerrell Casstevens, 79 of Greenville, TX. passed away on March 28, 2025, to rest with his Lord and Savior, in Greenville TX. with family beside him. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Jerrell was born in Fort Worth, TX. February 28, 1946, to Stanley Marion and Helen Diantha Rodgers Casstevens. Jerrell aka (Cass) owned & operated a car/salvage yard in Greenville and Sulphur Springs TX. for over 40 plus years.
Jerrell is survived by his daughter Amy Casstevens Daniel, & husband (John A Daniel) of Little Rock, AR. and his son Jason Casstevens of Greenville, TX. Brother John Casstevens of Heath TX, and sister Susan Casstevens Graham of San Antonio, TX. Jerrell had 6 grandchildren, Alex Daniel, Regan Daniel Bubak, Cole Daniel, Cade Daniel, Sailor Casstevens, and Margot Casstevens. Two great grandchildren, Ella Kate Daniel, and Vivian Ray Bubak.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother Kenneth Casstevens.

As sad as I am for all that will miss Cass, I'm happy for him. To be released from such a cruel decease. Cass played a very important role in my life's story and I thank God for placing him in mine and my baby boy's life. Heaven just keeps getting brighter!!
