Jesse Ethan Ross, 33, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Monday, July 22, 2024, at Ruby
Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He had been in declining health after a brief illness.
Jesse was born Friday, July 19, 1991, in Elkins, a son of Thomas E. Ross and Pamela Lee Pettry
Ross.
Left to cherish his memory are four siblings, Codi Ross of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Leighanna Ross and husband John Isner, Dakoda Ross, and Ava Nichols, all of Elkins, one niece Aria Isner and one nephew, Nolan Isner, and his two furry children, Wooga and Sugar.
Preceding him in death were paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mamie Ross; maternal
grandparents, Frank and Nancy Slater and Jay Pettry; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jesse attended the schools of Randolph County, where he lettered in Cross Country. He had been employed by Dave's Lawn Care for several years, a job that he very much enjoyed. Jesse was a gun hobbyist and collected knives and Funko Pops. He loved hunting, basketball, the outdoors, and going on long bike rides with his favorite person, Ava. He never knew a stranger and loved telling stories. Jesse loved his family very much. His best friend was his Momma.
A visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Friday, July 26, 2024, from 11 am until Noon, the funeral hour. Bishop Larry McArthur and Bobby Reams will officiate and interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Beverly.
