Jiaxin Lin

Jiaxin Lin, age 29, of Blacklick, Ohio, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025, at the
James Cancer Hospital in Columbus.
Jiaxin was born on Sunday, June 23, 1996, to Yan Lin and Rong Ying Lin in China.
Jiaxin was a positive and beautiful person, with a sweet and bubbly personality.
Jiaxin attended art school, where she was able to funnel her artistic talents. During art
school she spent some time backpacking across the west coast of the US. In her senior
year at art school, Jiaxin was able to highlight her culture as well as her favorite folk
tales in her senior year project. She was super proud of being able to bring her culture
into her art, and the impact that she was able to make.
Following her graduation from art school, Jiaxin earned a position at Nationwide
Insurance in June of 2020. Jiaxin worked at Nationwide Insurance as a case manager.
She was very proud of where her hard work was able to take her.
In her spare time, Jiaxin enjoyed making art in so many different mediums. From digital
art and painting, to crocheting, crafting, and drawing. She also enjoyed spending time
with her pets, traveling, and playing video games.
Jiaxin was a genuine and caring person, who was so incredible at making connections
and friendships with people of all backgrounds. Her smile was infectious, and she
always managed to make others around her happy.
Jiaxin Lin is survived by her parents Yan Lin and Rong Ying Lin; as well as her brother
Jiayu Lin.
The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences, and their shared loved for
Jiaxin.
A visitation will be held at Snyder Rodman Funeral Center on Saturday, October 18,
2025, from 9:30 am – 10:00 am. A funeral ceremony will be held following the visitation
on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 am.
