Mr. Vaughan is survived by his wife, Tammy Vaughan of Lyons; four children, Crystal Harper of Carollton, Jessica Palmer and husband Todd of Vidalia, Jimmy Vaughan Jr. and Brandon Vaughan both of Lyons; two sisters, Wanda Reese and husband Gene and Bonnie Driver and husband Bobby; three brothers, William Vaughan and wife Jennifer, Ronald Vaughan and wife Rebecca all of Harrison County, and Donald Vaughan of Waco; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service held in Tallapoosa at a later date.
The arrangements have been entrusted to Wilkes Funeral Home of Vidalia.
