Jocelyn Compher Sautter, 72, died on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at her home in Queens Creek, Arizona. She ended with a courageous fight against cancer. She was born on Wednesday, October 22, 1952, in Ross County, a daughter of the late Paul and Grace Yoakum Compher.
She is survived by her husband, Todd, one daughter, Sarah and two grandsons, Jonas and Jacob who she thought the world of. Also surviving are her two sisters, Glorianne Manson of Chillicothe and Vicky (Neil) Parker of Frankfort. Jocelyn was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Compher Wickersham and two brothers, Roy Compher and Clark Compher.
Jocelyn was a 1970 graduate of Paint Valley High School. She then enlisted in the US Army serving for two years. After serving in the Army, she graduated from the University of Arizona. She then worked at UPS as an account manager in Queens Creek. Jocelyn enjoyed riding with the UPS drivers during the Christmas rush to deliver packages for the holiday season.
Jocelyn’s family and friends held an open service for her in her home in Arizona.
