I had the honor of working under Mr Leach in the International Department at National City Bank back in 1979. It was truly a blessing to work with and for him. He trained me in every aspect of international banking which later allowed me to became an International Banking Officer in Dayton Ohio. For some strange reason today he crossed my mind so I decided to research his name only to learn of his passing. He spoke highly of his wife and children and oh how proud he was of his family. My sincerest condolences to the family. May you find comfort in the Lord during this time of bereavement.

Ann C. Hall, Ph.D.
June 16, 2025
My husband Geoff Nelson and I will miss John and Jane very much. We enjoyed their love of theatre. We had many great conversations about plays that we had seen and a few we saw together. John and I attended a special event at Ohio Dominican when one of his favorite Providence friars was speaking. The room was abuzz-who was Ann Hall with? Well, John Leach, of course. What a fun day. We will miss them, but we are happy they are united in heaven, and we look forward to seeing them again. May they rest in peace, and may their families find comfort.
