John P. Marrazzo Jr., 86, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home in Lower Makefield Township on Sunday, November 16, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born in Trenton, NJ, to the late Theresa and John Marrazzo Sr., and resided in Morrisville since the 1940's. He was a devoted husband to Diane Marrazzo for 64 wonderful years, and together they created a loving family that was John's proudest accomplishment. John dedicated many years of his life to a career at the steel mill before enjoying a well-deserved retirement. He attended Morrisville High School and was known for his family-oriented personality. In his leisure time, he cherished hunting for deer and was a past member of the Italian American Social Club in Morrisville. John enjoyed creating memories with his wife on cruises, which they took together over the years.
John was predeceased by his sister, Loretta Briggs, and his parents. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Diane Marrazzo; son, John Marrazzo III; and grandchildren, John Paul "JP" Marrazzo IV, and Nicholas Marrazzo and his wife Brittany. He is also survived by his brother, Nicholas Marrazzo, as well as his brothers and sisters-in-law: Charles Wible and his wife Joanne, Judy Sawyer, Richard Wible, Maureen Marks, Wendy Kavurmas, Eleanor Hilton and her husband Al, Carol Gorrill and her husband Richard, Robert Wible and his wife Peggy, and Harold Briggs. His legacy also includes countless nieces, nephews, and extended relatives who remember him fondly.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. A prayer service will begin in the funeral home starting at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be offered in John's memory to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place Memphis, TN 38105
John P. Marrazzo Jr. will be remembered for his strong family values, warm spirit, and the love he shared with those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
