Joseph Costanza was the beloved husband of Gaetana (nee Battaglia); proud father of Salvatore (Megan, nee Neuser) and Giacinto (Catherine, nee Doucet); cherished grandfather of Mariella, Joseph, Alexander and Eliana; dear brother of Salvatore (Anna, nee Sclafani); and many cousins, nieces and nephews in America and Italy.

Joseph was born July 2, 1945, in Italy to the late Benedetta (nee Bono) and Settimo Salvatore Costanza and passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. He was 80 years old.

Joseph was the owner of Excellent Tailors and Five Towns Formals in New York and then Argyles Men's Clothing in Lake Forest, Illinois for many years until his retirement. He loved gardening, home projects and spending time with his grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 Pm at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home. On Thursday, prayers will start at the funeral home at 9:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US Highway 45, Indian Creek, IL 60061. Entombment will follow in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
