Joseph Haddad Obituary

Joseph was born in Allentown, PA, the son of Bessie (nee Joseph) and Joseph Haddad, and had resided in Wilmington, DE before moving to Berkeley Heights, NJ, where he had resided since 1968.
Joseph had earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and a master's degree in statistics from University of Delaware. He had been employed as a marketing manager for Allied Signal in Morristown, NJ for twenty-five years before retiring in 1993.
He was a sports fan and especially enjoyed basketball, which he continued playing into his mid-70's.
Joseph's greatest love was for his family. He is lovingly remembered for being the most selfless husband to his late wife of 58 years, Joanne, as a brain tumor she was diagnosed with at a young age eventually left her blind. Joseph took an early retirement to be able to be by her side until her passing in 2018.
Joseph is survived by his loving sons, John Haddad and his wife Kelly of Berkeley Heights, Philip Haddad and his wife Christine of Basking Ridge, and Jay Haddad of Berkeley Heights; his cherished grandchildren, Shane, Jack, Teagan, Allison Turner, Quinn, Nolan, Sophie, Jayson, and Christopher; his dear brothers, Fred Haddad and his wife Carol and Jim Haddad and his wife Jamel, all of Las Vegas, NV. Joseph was also pre-deceased by his sister Margie Haddad.
Funeral services under the direction of Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial are private.
