Joseph Holley Obituary

Born in Dover, NJ, to the late Nils and Elsie Holley, Joseph lived in Budd Lake for several years before spending eight years in Phillipsburg and settling in Hopatcong, where he had lived for the past decade.
He had been employed by American Instance and, more recently, at Wendy's Restaurant, both in Flanders, NJ.
In his spare time, Joseph loved science fiction movies-Godzilla was his absolute favorite-and he was also a fan of The Andy Griffith Show. He enjoyed playing video games and was known for his one-of-a-kind personality.
He is survived by two children: Joseph G. Holley and Melanie M. Stanlick (Tim); two siblings, Linda Holley and Robert Holley (Sandra); three grandchildren: Stephanie Otis, Alexandra Stanlick, and Timothy Stanlick; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 from 6:00 - 8:00PM at the Morgan Funeral Home, 31 Main St, Netcong, NJ 07857. A private cremation will follow.
