Joshua Dylan Zaricor, age 24, of Farmington passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on Tuesday, September 28, 1999, in Farmington. A graduate of Farmington High School, Josh was known for his kind heart and friendly demeanor. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Farmington and worked for Transcend Drilling out of Texas.
Josh worked hard, played hard and was always the first one to bring laughter to a room. He enjoyed sports, gaming, golfing, country music and cowboy boots, but most of all enjoying life and spending time with his family and many great friends.
Josh is survived by his loving mother, Marisa (Schmitz) Zaricor and father, Dylan Zaricor; beloved sister; Sydney Zaricor; grandparents, Sally (Tabor) Zaricor, Hasaya and Anuwat Thitakom, and Joseph H. Schmitz, Jr.; uncles, Mike Zaricor, Jr. (Sara Bannister) and Rachane Thitakom and wife Estrella; cousins, Michael Zaricor III and wife Stephanie, Jacob Lueders, Kingston Thitakom, Deegan Bannister, Colyer Bannister, Mylee Bannister and Tabor Zaricor along with other family members and friends.
Josh was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dr. Michael Zaricor, Sr.; grandmother, Lynn Huffman and his aunt, Stephanie Schmitz.
Throughout his life, Josh touched the hearts of many with his infectious smile and warm personality. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his physical presence may be gone, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Visitation will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 2:00 PM until the funeral service at 6:00 PM.
