Judith Ann Badour, age 82, passed away peacefully on Friday evening, January 26, 2024 at Brian's House. The daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Sinn) VanAanhold, she was born on December 22, 1941 in Essexville and has resided in the Bay City area ever since. Judy has been a longtime member of All Saints Parish – St. James Church. She had a deep faith and commitment to her Catholic beliefs and her connection to the rosary has always given her strength. Judy quietly raised her family as best she could and later in life, she went on to complete her education. Though Judy may no longer be with us in body, her spirit lives on in her family's cherished memories.
Judy is survived by two daughters, Tammy Douponce (John) Brooks of Davison and their children, Kristina (Jeremy) MacDonald and Kassandra Brooks; and Michelle (Jim) Klass of Bay City and their children, Amber Englehardt and children Alexis and Brody, Kaila (Paul) Eager-Bryce and children Camron, Lucien and Quentin, James Klass, Jr. and children Madison and Konrad. She is also survived by her brother, James VanAanhold. In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Sandy VanAanhold.
It was Judy's desire for a family celebration of her life to be held and that cremation to take place. Funeral home arrangements are being provided by the Trahan Funeral Chapel. For on-line sentiments: www.trahanfc.com
