JUNG WON KANG, a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse for 15 years, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, in Downey, California. She was born on May 18, 1955, in Korea, where her journey began.
Throughout her career, JUNG WON exemplified the spirit of care and commitment, impacting countless lives through her nursing practice. She approached her profession with passion and dedication, embodying the compassion that is the hallmark of the nursing field.
JUNG WON leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory forever. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Lin; her sister, Moonhee Kwon; her nephew, Michael Lee; and her niece, Elizabeth Lee. Each of them holds dear the moments shared with JUNG WON, who brought joy and warmth into their lives.
A visitation honoring JUNG WON KANG will be held on July 7, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Risher Mortuary & Cremation Service, located at 1316 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, California, 90640.
As we reflect on JUNG WON's life, we remember her unwavering dedication to her family and profession, and the love she shared with all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
