Kay Anderson was born on November 27, 1945 in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Gillman and Lucille McCormick Sparks.
On November 20, 1963, she was united in marriage to Jerry Ray Anderson, who preceded his wife in death on July 17, 2012.
Kay worked at HIS in Saltillo, Tennessee and was a member of Saltillo Baptist Church.
Kay Anderson departed this life on February 15, 2025 in Huron, Tennessee, at the age of 79 years, 2 months, and 19 days.
She is survived by her son, Quinn Anderson (Kendra) of Lexington, Tennessee; sisters, Phyillis Parrish (Greg) of Sandy, Utah and Jo Sparks of Scotts Hill, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jill Huddleston (Grant) and Tyler Anderson (Madi); and great grandchildren, Ian Huddleston, Jack Huddleston, and Maelynn Anderson.
In addition to her parents and husband, Kay was preceded in death by her sister, Sybil Lett.
