It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of James Kenneth "Ken" Goodwin, age 61, on January 22, 2025, at Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville, TN. Ken was born on February 17, 1963, in Shelbyville, TN. and was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend. Ken had many passions in life that brought him great joy such as Alabama football, classic cars, and antique collections. His greatest joy though, came from spending time with his grandchildren.
Ken is survived by his loving partner of 25 years, Amy Beard of Tullahoma, TN, his parents Jim and Sue Goodwin of Lynchburg TN, daughter Maggie (Michael) Sisk of Winchester, TN, grandchildren, Jed and Eden Sisk, sister, Connie Goodwin of Southside, AL., brother, Dwayne (Amie) Goodwin of Greenville, SC, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Tullahoma Funeral Home with funeral service following at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Blanton's Chapel Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers
Ken's presence will be deeply missed by his family all who knew him, but his legacy of love and kindness will live on in our hearts.
