Services for Kenneth Paul Latiolais, 65, will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a rosary led by The Men's Rosary Group, followed by a memorial Mass at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, LA.
A native and resident of Catahoula, Mr. Latiolais passed away peacefully at 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at his residence.
Mr. Latiolais owned and operated Tracy Supply & Manufacturing and was also the owner of Ken's Lawn & Outdoor Equipment. He was a proud member of the Catahoula Volunteer Fire Department, where he served his community for over 30 years. Additionally, he served as a reserve deputy with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Department for seven years.
Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors, and he was a dedicated member of Louisiana Jeepers.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Breaux Latiolais of Catahoula; his son, Tracy Latiolais and wife, Lexi Latiolais of Youngsville. Mr. Latiolais was also a father to Brad Leblanc and Jamie Guillot and has one grandson, Jaden Guillot of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by two sisters, Loretta Broussard and Glenda Neuville, both of New Iberia; two brothers, Raymond Latiolais of Breaux Bridge and Calvin Latiolais of Scott; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Latiolais and Theresa Melancon Latiolais and his nephew Dr. Lon Latiolais.
Louisiana Funeral Services and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
