Kevin Ronald Moore

Kevin Ronald Moore, of Macomb, Michigan, having lived a full and happy life, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024 at the age of 61 in Clinton Township, Michigan, surrounded by his loved ones.He was born on September 3, 1963 to Ron and Gale Moore in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from Sterling Heights High School and then graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Central Michigan University. Kevin was a loving husband and father who would do anything to see his family laugh and be happy. His humor put everyone at ease and making people laugh filled his soul and made him whole. Kevin loved everything that revolved around cooking-from grocery shopping to researching recipes and tweaking them to make them his own. It was his greatest joy to cook for his family. His mac-n-cheese was out of this world and he even won the coveted Birch Chili Cook Off trophy last year after many years trying.
Kevin married his best friend, Jennifer (nee Kraus) Moore on July 11th,1998 in Williamston, Michigan. On November 6, 1999 Kevin and Jennifer welcomed the love and light of their lives, Mitchell Kevin Moore. Together they made a life filled with joy. Kevin is survived by his loving spouse Jennifer, his son Mitchell, his mother Patricia "Gale" Moore, his brother, Larry (Karen) Moore; two nephews, Stephen (Alexandra) Moore, Joshua Kraus; niece, Kathryn (Andrew) Charbonneau; mother and father in law Patty and Rodger James, and father and mother in law Forest and Dawn Kraus; brother in law, Chip Kraus (Amy); along with several step siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was particularly proud to be Gruncle Kevin. He was a great uncle to Levi, Mabel, Finn and Evie. Kevin was preceded in death by his amazing father, Ronald Neale Moore, whom died on October 11, 2020.
Family will receive friends Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. & additional visitation Friday, October 25, 2024, from 10 a.m. until time of his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 Blocks East of VanDyke on the north side), Utica, Michigan.
