Kimberly Ann Meek, 57, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away on Thursday evening, April 20, 2023, at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born on January 7, 1966 in Indianapolis. She graduated from New Palestine High School in 1984.
On August 28, 1987, in Nashville, Tennessee, she married Robert D. Meek, with whom she had two sons, Kyle and Jacob. Kim greatly enjoyed watching (or yelling at) the Colts, camping, and traveling, but most of all, she loved back-porch-sitting, cranking up the music, and cookouts with her loved ones.
"Miss Kim" was a beloved teacher at Noah's Ark Daycare in Greenfield for the past twenty-seven years. She committed much of her life to sharing God's love with the children who attended Noah's Ark. She loved all the children and took great pleasure in being a part of their development from babies into school-aged kids.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Meek; two children, Kyle Meek; and Jayke Meek; mother, Carol (James) Slone; and a sister, Angela Phelps.
A gathering to celebrate her life will be Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., in the community room at Noah's Ark Daycare, 1450 W. Main Street, Greenfield.
"Miss Kim" would have preferred memorial contributions to be made to Noah's Ark Daycare to help with the educational needs for the children; however, if anyone would prefer to contribute to the family at this time, you may make contributions at https://www.gofundme.com/f/miss-kims-crusaders
