Lisa Maureen (Connell) Merullo, 65, of Hudson, New Hampshire, died November 10 at her home following a long illness.
Born in Boston, MA, September 18, 1958, the daughter of the late William and Patricia (O'Brien) Connell, of Needham, MA, where the family lived for many years. She then lived in Watertown, MA, where she raised her children before moving to Franklin, MA, then later to New Hampshire several years ago.
She was a graduate of Needham High School and Mass Bay College.
Lisa owned and operated Spring Street Travel Agency in Watertown for many years. She was also the office manager at Pine Acres RV Resort in Raymond NH for several years.
Lisa enjoyed listening to music, camping, traveling and being with her beloved family.
She is survived by her husband Eugene Merullo of Webster, MA, Retired Captain of the Watertown Fire Department.
She was the sister of William Connell and his wife Kendra of South Yarmouth, MA. and Brenda Schmall and her husband Randy of Franklin, MA.
Lisa is also survived by her partner, Phil Lausier of Hudson, NH.
She was the sister of the late Kathleen Cronin.
Lisa is also survived by her 2 children, Chad Merullo of Rochester, NH and Brandon Merullo of Plaistow, NH.
Lisa is also survived by her grandchildren, Sophia and Madison, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 15th at St. Mary's Church in Franklin. MA, at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, November 14th from 4-7 at Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin, MA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Roxie's Animal Shelter, 594 N 4th Street Wills Point, TX 75169.
