Lowell Edward "Bo" Gower

Lowell E. "Bo" Gower, 58, of Massillon passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023. Bo was born on August 17, 1964 in Canton, the son of Lowell Sr., and Shirley Nastoff - Gower. Bo was a 1984 graduate of Hoover High School. He loved his time he working with his coworkers at the Hampton Inn in Massillon. Bo loved nature and all kinds of creatures, especially pigs. He enjoyed wood working and making furniture. Bo was an avid billiard player and played on various leagues. Most important to Bo was his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lowell and his step-father, George Nastoff, Jr.
Bo is survived by his wife, Angela Gower whom he shared 5 1/2 years of marriage; mother, Shirley Nastoff; children, Sarah (Matthew) Morrison, Joshua (Ashley) Gower, Wendi (Andrew) Harlan, Zachary Burkhardt, Chelsea Maher, and Nathan Clemens; grandchildren, Meaghan, Autumn, Isaiah, Xavier, Amber, and Ayla; sisters, Renee Kauffman, and Regina Harris; brother, George (Jessica) Nastoff; his beloved dog, Snickerdoodles; and the mother of his children, Julie Walters.
The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 2-5 pm. A Celebration of Bo's life will be held at 5 pm on Sunday. There will be a family gathering held on June 24, 2023 at 3 pm: 7822 Oakdale St NW Massillon OH 44646.
