Lynn Bryant, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed on to eternal peace on June 22, 2025, in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. She was born on December 30, 1955, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles E. and June L. (Patterson) Colbert.

Lynn was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and pursued further education in speech therapy at California University. Her compassion for others led her to a fulfilling career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she dedicated herself to caring for those in need. She was known for her gentle touch and the ability to bring comfort to those around her, always placing others before herself.

Lynn's life was filled with cherished memories and joyful moments, particularly those spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, Gary Colbert, loving partner, Shawn Gall, and her three children: William (Miranda) Bryant, Beth L. Moore-Bryant, and Eric (Taylor) Bryant. Lynn’s legacy continues through her grandchildren, Gabrielle Cannon, Daisy (Thomas) Walker, Victoria Bryant, Abigal Moore, Aubrey Moore, Justin Bryant, and Emily Bryant, as well as her great-grandchildren, Isaac Howard, Alelah Shelton, Amerila Walker, Sophia Bonetti, Abel Walker, and Millie Walker.

Lynn was preceded in death by her beloved parents, her grandmother Lucille Patterson, and her great-grandchildren: James, Myra, Noel Walker, Eric Jr., Matthew, and Alana Bryant. Their memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Throughout her life, Lynn had a profound connection to nature and the beach, often finding solace and joy in the beauty surrounding her. She looked forward to the many sleepovers with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. And family gatherings, especially during Christmas, held a special place in her heart, where laughter and love filled the air.

Her strength and resilience were an inspiration to all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to live on in the lives she touched.

A celebration of Lynn’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Lynn’s name, continuing her legacy of giving and love.

Arrangements are by the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com.
