Margaret Louise (Blott) O'Neill, 93, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Lowell General Hospital after a long battle with an illness.
She was married to the late Francis J. O'Neill.
Born in Nashua, NH, she was the daughter of the late George and Cora (Bradley) Blott.
She graduated from Chelmsford High School, with the class of 1949. She attended the Bradshaw Business School in Lowell, MA.
She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford.
Margaret was a member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary Unit 313 of North Chelmsford, a member of the Tyngsboro Senior Citizens Club. She loved sports especially the Red Sox and the Patriots. Her purest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons Kevin O'Neill and his partner Linda Valentino of Salem, NH, Thomas and his wife Denise O'Neill of Nashua, NH, William O'Neill and his partner Marianne Blake of N. Chelmsford, MA, Steven and his wife Martha O'Neill of Tyngsboro, MA, Brian and his wife Irene O'Neill of Lowell, MA, her daughters Kathie Allard of Nashua, NH, Karen O'Neill of Chelmsford, MA, Barbara Crowell of Westford, MA, Shannan and her husband Charlie Tziolis of Bradenton, FL, her sisters Lee Wilkins of Philadelphia, PA, Ellie MacDonald of Peabody, MA, Judy and her husband Roy Hern of Cleveland, OH, her eighteen grandchildren, her six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews..
She was the mother-in-law to the late Donald Crowell, sister of the late Shirley Rowe, sister-in-law to the late Alva Rowe, Buddy Wilkins, William MacDonald, and grandmother to the late Jay Allard and Adam Cassesso.

Margaret Louise O'Neill, Tyngsboro, died Sunday, July 27, 2025. Visiting hours Friday, August 1, 2025 from 3-6 PM at DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX STREET, N. CHELMSFORD, MA. Funeral Saturday, August 2, 2025, 11 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church. Burial in Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery.
