Martha Ann Buchanan

Martha Pritchard Buchanan, 81, of Hot Springs, AR passed peacefully as she was surrounded by family on December 5, 2024. She was born September 10,1943 in Little Rock, AR to the late Joseph G. Pritchard and Enda Bolding Pritchard. Martha was known for her sweet, good, and kind demeanor. She was a wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother, a true blessing to those who knew her.
Martha was preceded in death by her husband, S.E. Buchanan. Survivors include her daughter Christy Buchanan of Hot Springs, and her son Brian Buchanan and wife Liz of Rockwall, TX; sister, Betty Jett of Little Rock; grandchildren, Lauren Peralez of New Orleans, Shelby Buchanan of Austin, TX, Blake Buchanan of Chattanooga, TN, and Sage Buchanan of NYC; great grandchildren Gabi and Max Peralez.
Martha was a member of Hot Springs Baptist Church where she enjoyed fellowship with many wonderful people, especially the Ladies Legacy class who served the community and enjoyed life together.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 14th at Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center, 2529 Airport Road, Hot Springs with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Visitation will begin at 1pm and the Memorial service begins at 2pm. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
