Mr. Bergeron was an absolute legend. He was the woodshop teacher at the Manchester High School in my freshman year, and I'll never forget how much he always pushed how important it was to be hardworking. Towards the end of my HighSchool time, I was in a night schooling program, that Mr. Bergeron had also been doing woodshop classes for. Even after such a long time, he still loved pushing hardwork and dedication, and you could tell how much he loved his craft. I talked to him every day that I was there and he was teaching, and I just learned today, 01/14/2025, that he passed away after a short visit back to the old school. I can say I am more than grateful to have known Mr. Bergeron throughout my life, and know that he inspired many more kids just like me to be the best we can, no matter where we came from. Fly high Mr. Bergeron, we'll always remember you <3.

Mr. Bergeron was an idol to me.
As a kid deemed to become nothing
He supported me and helped me grow to the man I am today.
A father of 2 beautiful young men and a beautiful wife.
I am now a mechanic contractor with 8 employees all because he taught me that hard work pays off.
I will forever hold you in my heart Mr. Bergeron.

I traveled with Mike and Jan to Paris on an MHS trip back in 2006. I got to know Mike a little more bc we already chatted during our daily school lunchtimes together, but I also got to know Jan and saw the humor between them . I´m very sorry for your loss Jan, kids and grandkids, (all his family and friends) His memory will live on and when we think of him a big smile , and probably a chuckle will come over us. RIP Mike!

I worked with Mike for over twenty-five years at Manchester High School and never met a student who did not love and respect "B" as he was known to his students. Mike had that gift of engaging and connecting with every student. He was an expert craftsman and In his class, students found the structure and consistency they needed to learn. Rest in peace Mike, you will be missed. David Brysgel

Jan, Kim, Robin, Mike JR and all the Family, I am so very sorry to get such sad news of Mike passing, as life has had changes he was a sure and genuine friend to me and my Family. As I sit here to write you I'm looking at a cabinet I've used as my entertainment center in my house that Mike built 34 years ago. He will be in my thoughts and prayers as well as you all. God Bless
