Michael Leroy Fiscus, of Commerce City, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 5, 2025. He was 74 years old.
Born on May 10, 1951, in Denver, Colorado, Michael was the oldest of three children born to Keith and Jeanne (Cram) Fiscus. He was a loving father, devoted grandfather, and great-grandfather whose kind spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.
Michael was the definition of a gentle soul—kind, sweet, and always ready to lend a helping hand. His intelligence and remarkable craftsmanship were unmatched. A gifted builder, Michael could bring to life anything his imagination conjured, whether it was a home project or a creative vision from a loved one. His work and his heart both knew no bounds.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Jeanne, and his beloved youngest sibling, Wayne Fiscus.
Michael leaves behind a legacy of love and strength through his daughter, Danette (Alan) Christiansen; his sister, Karen (Rick) Burkhart; his three grandchildren, Marcus Christiansen, Nolan Blair, and Lindsey (Colby) Sharbono; and his three great-grandchildren, Chloe Elliott, Jaxon Sharbono, and William Sharbono. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A memorial service to celebrate Michael's life will be held at Mountainview Christian Church, 7777 W. 99th Place in Westminster on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. All who knew Michael are invited to attend and share in the joy of his remarkable life.
