Nancy D. Folliard, 65, of Rockford, passed away October 24th, 2021 after battling pancreatic cancer. She was born on September 19th, 1956 in Rockford, IL, to Jesse and Verna (Miller) Otwell. Nancy attended Rockford East High School. She married William Folliard on May 6th, 1978. The last 10 years before her retirement she worked as a Circuit Clerk at the Winnebago County Courthouse. Nancy is survived by her husband William Folliard, daughter Kaitlyn Folliard, son Garrett Folliard, sister Cindy (Val) Diehl, brother Greg (Barb) Otwell, brother Doug (Nancy) Otwell, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father Jesse and Verna Otwell and Niece Lindsey Bennett.
