Nancy was born on July 17, 1958, in Worcester, Mass, the youngest of two children of Raymond and Bertha Morrison. She died unexpectedly at home on August 7, 2024. She attended Wilson High School in Tacoma, as well as the University of Washington where she received two Bachelor's degrees (Civil Engineering and Building Construction.) She also attended Seattle University where she received an MBA. She initially worked at the Port of Seattle followed by Boeing, where she met David, her husband of 35 years. She also worked at Pierce County and Sound Transit, and most recently at David Evans and Associates as an Engineering Consultant.
Nancy is survived by her two sons Christopher and William, her sister Christine Perry, her husband David, and her niece Julie Morton.
Nancy truly enjoyed life and she made the most of it. She loved to travel and her recent part-time employment enabled her and David to take many trips to Hawaii and Europe. She was proud of her Irish heritage, and she and David were able to travel to Ireland last summer. Nancy was committed to her family, church, and many close friends. She was also very patriotic and actively supported several veterans' organizations. She enjoyed gardening including caring for her roses. She will be missed greatly.
