He was born on June 19, 1981 in Youngstown, Ohio. Growing up Neil enjoyed playing sports and attended many Colts games and concerts. After high school, he joined the US Navy.
Neil was a beloved partner to the love of his life Ashley, and father to their sons, David and Tyler. Also surviving him are his grandmother, Jean Holland; his father, Gary Kreitzman (wife, Della); his sister, Dawn; two brothers, Adam and Bret; nieces, Meaganne, Hanna, Brenna and Savannah; and nephew, Robert.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Haylee; his mother, Deborah Wallen; and his grandfather, Arthur Holland.
There will be a Celebration of Life held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Foursquare Church, 3101 S. Walnut Street, Muncie. Cremation will take place.
The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel is in charge of arrangements and online condolences may be sent to the family at www.meekmortuary.com.
