Norma D. Laws

Norma Lee Laws, age 78, of Millsboro, DE (formerly of Newark, DE) went to her eternal home with the Lord on October 17, 2024. Norma will forever live in the hearts of her family members and her friends. She was a native Delawarean, born as the fourth daughter to the late Vitus and Elizabeth Bishop Broomall.
She was a graduate of Newark High School and worked at Avon Products for 32 years, making many life long friends and retiring there in 1999. Many would say of her, "She had a heart of gold and they would never forget that smile on her face!"
She was preceded in death by her son, James C. Morrison and her sister, Barbara Coulter. She is survived by her husband, Harry Laws; two sisters, Lois Clayton and Peggy Mackey; her nieces and nephews, Carol Foster, Tom Clayton, Lois Wilson, Jackie Wicks, Willard Reynolds, Erik Mackey, Amy Mackey and many great nieces and nephews, and her step-daughter, Andrea Laws.
A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at The Crossing Church, 15183 Coastal Highway, Milton, DE 19968.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice.
