In loving memory of a very precious and caring woman, Pamela Denise "Granny Pam" Holmes, of Pensacola passed away on February 20, 2024 unfortunately due to cancer. She was born on January 2, 1961 in Pensacola, FL. She lived a long 63 years and she was more than ready to dance with Jesus.
Pam was raised by her mother in Pensacola, FL and she loved her mom so much. She also loved to see her family happy and on their feet. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and watching Divorce Court or Dr. Phil. She also enjoyed anyone of her grandbabies giving her a nice long foot rub. She loved spending time with her husband, especially renting a Redbox movie and laughing or sleeping or sometimes snacking. She also loved her two sons with everything in her. Pam loved the Lord with all of her heart.
She was preceded in death by her nurturing mother, Syble Lovins; her supportive brothers: James, Eddie, and Robert Sewell; and her loving husband, William "Stormy" Holmes.
Survivors include her two amazing sons whom she loved dearly, William Josh (Tiffany) Holmes and John Holmes and her ten amazing grandchildren whom she loved so much as well: Neese, Dylan, Dalton, Ashley, John, Brandon, James, Melissa, Harlee, and Brantley.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until her funeral service begins at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Trahan Family Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Pam was a very loving person who brought joy to everyone she came across. Although she will be missed so dearly, she finally can be with Jesus and all the ones she has missed. She may finally rest.
