Paris Webb Obituary
Ms. Webb was born September 9, 1961, in Ashland, to the late Wesley and Kathleen Frame Webb.
Paris was a longtime Professor at Marshall University, where she was the digital resource librarian. She enjoyed dancing throughout her life, especially when she was dancing with the love of her life, her husband, Leigh. She loved music, watching classic movies, reading a good book, and tending to her flower gardens. Paris was also a member of the Advance Methodist Church for many years.
In addition to her husband, Leigh Scaggs, she is survived by two brothers, John Wesley Webb and David Eugene Webb.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 11:30 A.M. to 12:45 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
