Patricia Ann Rulison

Patricia Ann Rulison, 92, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Sterling Care South Mountain.
Born Thursday, July 28, 1932, in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Archibald Ruehle and the late Mary Fae (Baucher) Ruehle.
She was a dedicated Spanish teacher, and after her children were grown, she became an entrepreneur. Together with her husband, she built a summer camp and recreation resort in Speculator, New York. Later, they developed a teak tree farm in Panama. An avid reader and adventurer, she approached life with curiosity and passion.
Patricia is survived by her daughters, Patricia L. Boyst and husband Eric, Valerie A. Hamilton and husband Dean, and Lisa L. Sartin and husband Richard; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick A. Rulison, and brother, Paul H. Ruehle.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Patricia will be laid to rest beside her husband at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Gloversville, New York.
