Pedro Diaz Alvarado(1949-2025)
Pedro Diaz Alvarado, 75, of Round Rock, Texas, died surrounded by family on April 30, 2025.
He was born in Round Rock in 1949 to Julian and Janie Alvarado. Pedro attended Round Rock High School before being drafted to the US Army and served in the Vietnam War. He worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 39 years. Throughout his life he dedicated his time to community service and was a part of the El Amistad Club of Round Rock, Knights of Columbus and an active member of his local parish St. William Catholic Church. He married his wife Blanca Alvarado and had been married for 45 years prior to his passing. Together they had 4 children.
Pedro was preceded in death by his parents Julian & Janie Alvarado, son Jesus Alejandro Alvarado and two brothers Julian Alvarado and Henry Alvarado, and is survived by his wife Blanca, three sons Casey, Pete and Fabian and 7 grandchildren.
Visitation services will be held on Wednesday May 7th at 5 pm followed by the rosary at 7 pm at Beck Funeral Home located at 15709 Ranch Rd 620 N. Austin, TX 78717.
The Funeral mass will be held on Thursday May 8th at 10 am at St. William Catholic Church located at 620 Round Rock W Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681.
Burial will be at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery located at 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660 following the mass and procession.
