Peter J. Koskey, age 58, of Germantown, WI, was called to his eternal home on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, surrounded by his family at Advocate Aurora, Grafton.
Pete was born April 6, 1964, in Wausau, son of the late Edmond and Joyce (Kinney) Koskey. Pete graduated from Newman Catholic High School, Wausau, in 1982. He then attended Northcentral Technical College in Wausau where he graduated in 1984 with a degree in accounting. Pete started K&K Painting in Wausau and ran the company from 1984 until 1990. After that, he worked at Fiskars for a short period. He married Sarah Peck on October 6, 1990. Pete and Sarah moved to southeastern Wisconsin shortly after their wedding. He began working for Wacker Neuson and developed many friendships with his coworkers. He recently retired after working there for thirty years.
Pete loved sports, especially coaching grade school and high school basketball and baseball. His favorite pass time though was golfing with his son, Tyler; they went on countless golf outings around the state of Wisconsin, making memories at so many famous golf courses. In recent years, he loved golfing in the Grace Lutheran Golf League with Tyler. Pete had an amazing sense of humor and was the king of Dad jokes. Through all the pain with his illnesses, he made all of his care givers laugh. Above all, Pete loved his family and cherished the time he spent with them.
Survivors include his beloved wife and forever soulmate, Sarah Koskey of Germantown; son, Tyler (Anne) Koskey of Menomonee Falls; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Howard and Christine Peck of Merrill; step grandparent-in-law, Jake Zimmerman; sisters, Susan (Jeff) Kaliebe of Wausau and Denise (Paul) Gerhardt of Junction City; brothers, Keith (Vicky) Koskey of Wausau and Gary Koskey (Heather Kleinschmidt) of Birnamwood; sisters-in-law, Lisa Koskey of Michigan and Tasha (Troy) Schmidt of Green Bay; brothers-in-law, Rodger Behrens of Wausau; Brad (Lisa) Peck of Wausau, along many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Sorry to hear about Pete!

I used to hang out with him at his mom's house whenever my dad (Milo) would visit Joyce. Way too young to pass away!!

He was a great guy and we will all miss him.

My heartfelt condolences,
