Rebecca "Beki" Anne Bennett, 75, passed away August 29, 2025. She was a resident of Nineveh.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Beki was born on August 2, 1950 in Indianapolis to Clyde and Edith (Chappell) Charnstrom. She spent her childhood in New Palestine, graduating from New Palestine High School in 1968.
Beki married Mark Bennett on May 30, 1981. He lovingly survives. Other survivors include children, Charles Wolfe (Kimberly), John Bennett (Michelle), and Mark C. Bennett (Rachael); grandchildren, Bella and MJ; and brothers, David Charnstrom (Sandra) and Andrew "Andy" Charnstrom (Donna). She was preceded in passing by her parents, Clyde and Edith; and siblings, Barton Charnstrom and Carol Knoy.
Beki was passionate about sewing. She was a member of the American Sewing Guild. She was also a member of "Quilting with a Spot of Tea" ministry at Christ Indianapolis United Methodist Church.
Beki was proud of her brother being ordained into ministry and would be proud to know he is conducting her funeral service.
Andy Charnstrom will conduct a celebration of life service on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton Street (U.S. 31) in Franklin. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
