Robert "Bob" K. Schneider, Jr. 69, Green Bay, passed away very unexpectedly Friday evening, November 1, 2024, while at home. Born on January 30, 1955, in Milwaukee, he is the son of Bob, Sr. and Lucy (Lynn) Schneider. Bob grew up in the city of Milwaukee and loved the city. He met Cathy Allen in Milwaukee, and married her on August 8, 1992, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Green Bay. Shortly thereafter, they welcomed two sons to begin their family. Bob was employed as a crane operator in Milwaukee, and then as a courier for a while. Once moving to Green Bay, he served as a custodian, ending his career at the Oneida Tribal Fitness Administrative office, retiring in 2020. Bob will be remembered for his enjoyment of accumulating various collectibles, especially his comics. He loved anything that had to do with all Wisconsin sports and the outdoors, including fishing. Ghost hunting was also something he really enjoyed. Gardening was his passion in retirement. Bob was a proud black belt in Taekwondo. HuHot was his favorite restaurant and he chose it every year for his birthday and other special occasions. He loved cheering on the East High Red Devils and the Lakeland Muskies football teams where his sons played. Bob's greatest love was family and being "Pop Pop" to his grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cathy; daughter, Jamie Cline; sons, Kurt and Josh; Kurt's children, Royal and Bernadette; siblings, Cathy Schneider (her significant other, Gary), John Schneider; half-brother, Chris Adamski; Cathy's siblings, John Allen and Marge (Greg) Allen-Trinkner; also survived by aunts, uncles, and many special nieces and nephews.
